4. License Activation

Refunds or replacements may be provided when:

  • The license key is defective or non-functional and the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting or replacement.
  • A refund or other remedy is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

6.1 Statutory Right to Cancel

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

For contracts concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the contract was concluded.

6.2 Immediate Digital Delivery and Loss of Withdrawal Rights

To deliver our digital products immediately, we require your express consent to begin delivery before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

Please note that, under applicable EU consumer law, you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once digital delivery begins, provided that you have expressly consented to immediate delivery, acknowledged the resulting loss of withdrawal rights, and received the legally required confirmation.

Your satisfaction remains our priority. Therefore, our 30-day money-back guarantee for unused or defective licenses remains applicable, regardless of the loss of the statutory withdrawal right, subject to the conditions of our Refund & Return Policy.

6.3 How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may exercise it by informing us of your decision through a clear statement, such as an email or a letter sent by post.

You may use the model withdrawal form available in our Refund & Return Policy, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation request before the applicable 14-day withdrawal period expires.

6.4 Effects of Cancellation

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any applicable standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees for the reimbursement.

7. Customer Responsibilities

All software titles, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

We do not claim ownership of any Microsoft, Windows, Office, or other brand trademarks mentioned on the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

  • Losses arising from failure to use the product according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Problems caused by third-party services or software conflicts outside our control.
